Naval Support Activity South Potomac consists of two Centers – NSF Dahlgren, Va, and NSF Indian Head, Md. Residents think of the USO as their “home away from home” as the centers provide programs and services aimed at improving the quality of life for all active duty military personnel and their families. The USO facilities consist of independent bungalow houses complete with full kitchen, entertainment area with a 52-inch TV, Wii, Xbox, as well as video and book libraries. The USO Centers also host computer lab rooms, Wi-fi and children’s playrooms. Each Center is comfortable and inviting, encouraging service personnel to use them for work, relaxation or for their various amenities. Some other events and activities offered at the centers are Dine and Dash Dinners, service member lunch, holiday festivities, sports and leisure ticket distribution, Little Patriots playgroup, food pantry, bread and baked goods giveaway, backpack-stuffing parties and more!
The USO Centers of NSA South Potomac are here to provide programs and services, as well as support and assistance. Please feel free to stop by our local Center – as we look forward to serving you!
