Summer Survival Tips
1. Wear the appropriate attire
2. Pack additional clothes & supplies when spending extended time outdoors
3. Drink plenty of water
4. Plan ahead before heading into the woods (camping, hiking, backpacking) or out on the water (sailing, fishing, kayaking, swimming)
5. Avoid prolonged time in the sun
6. Tell others where you are going, who you are going with and when you are expected back
7. Limit alcohol consumption, and never drink and drive.
