The Mattapany Rod and Gun Club will be hosting the annual Kids Fishing Derby. Kids ages 1 to 15 can participate; a parent or guardian must be present. This event coincides with the Maryland Free Fishing weekend, so a state fishing license is not needed. Lunch provided after the derby. Anyone interest in signing their kids up can contact laura.labella@navy.mil, or labella_laura@hotmail.com for a registration form.
