Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)
EFMP is a DOD program that addresses the special needs of military families. Sailors with an exceptional family member — a family member with special needs such as a medical or educational disability — are encouraged to enroll in the EFMP so the Navy can do its part in caring for EFM needs. Command Financial Specialist Training (CFS) 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 16-20. Five day training course for CFS military appointed by their commanding officer to provide financial education and training, and information referral at the command level.
Accessing Higher Education 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 18. Workshop designed to help guide you through the variety of decisions involved in choosing a degree program, college, institution, funding, as well as the admissions process. The expected future outcome is you eventually creating a customized plan for a successful transition to a higher education institution.
