Flag Football Skills

Ben Rand Field

Put your flag football skills to the test! The challenge is based on a 40- yard dash, Broad Jump, 3-cone agility, and the QB accuracy test. Prizes awarded to top 2 overall. Free for active-duty, $5 all others.

Co-Ed Kickball Tournament

Aug. 6, 3 p.m.

Moyle Softball Field

Ten players per team with at least four women. Double elimination bracket. Prizes will be awarded. Active duty is free, $5 for all others. Registration ends Aug. 2 at the fitness center. Open to everyone with base access.

Sprint Triathlon

Aug. 10, 7 a.m.

Aquatics Center

Bring your teams of 2 or more or just yourself to compete in the 400-meter swim, 12-mile bike ride, 2.8 mile run triathlon. Bring your tea.m. of two or three. Each tea.m. member will run a lap of 1.2 miles to make a total run distance of 3.6 miles, prizes to first 2 tea.m.s. Free for active-duty; $5 all others. Open to everyone with base access.
