Members of the United States Navy Band perform at the Navy Birthday Concert. The Navy Band was celebrating the Navy's 241st birthday.

Tickets are now available for the first live Navy Birthday concert in two years. According to U.S. Navy Band production director Senior Chief Musician Amanda Cline, this year’s concert is set for 8 p.m. October 7 at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. The free event is open to the public, but attendees need to reserve tickets at https://usnavyband.ticketleap.com/navy-patriotic-celebration-2022/.

Cline said Band members are excited to be back in front of live audiences now that COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted. This year’s birthday concert will be better than ever, she noted, with all the multi-media effects and band unit performances local residents have enjoyed in the past.
