From Nov. 9 to Dec. 30, , the Navy Yard Fitness Center will be holding Group Exercise Classes to include Step⁄Sculpt, Spinning Boot Camp, Boot Camp, Total Body Conditioning, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Power Pilates, Zumba, and Performance Fitness Training. Classes are held Monday-Friday and are free for all military personnel. Prices vary per class for DoD civilians and contractors.
