Road/Intersection Affected: Russell Road from Route 1 overpass (outside of gate) to Marine Corps Credit Union, including significant expansion to the Entry Control Point.
Work Being Performed: Site surveys and exploratory drillings, construction laydown area access (directly west of Route 1 overpass), excavation and grading.
Traffic Affects: Increased distractions to drivers due to activity of survey and site layout crews, and mobilization of equipment to site

- Parking along Hawkins Avenue north of Bldg. 2000 (Mess Hall). Traffic traveling along Hawkins Avenue is still allowed. Trailers in parking lot by Bldg. 1999
