Feel the thrill of one of Michael Jackson's best hits! Dance instructor Katrina Wynes will teach you the whole dance and allow you to be the scariest, smooth-moving zombie in Dahlgren this Halloween! Sign up at the Fitness Center. $10 military, $12 civilians, for children ages 7-18. After the finale performance you can grab a bite to eat at Mean Gene's Burgers located within Cannonball Lanes next to the Dahlgren Parade Field, change into your costume and enjoy some bowling at the Halloween Bowl from 5 p.m. to midnight!

Ballet⁄Jazz Classes
Registration deadline is Oct. 29 at the Fitness Center.
Classes beginning Nov. 2 will be held on Mondays and Thursdays for eight weeks. Cost is $40 for military and $50 for civilians. Classes are held in the group fitness room at the Fitness Center.

Kettlebell Classes
Starting in November Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
Kettlebells for Killer Cardio - Killer Core - and for Functional Strength
The first Wednesday of each month will be an Introductory Class, where the basic skills will be taught. The last Wednesday of each month will be a Level 2 Skills class.
