NNMC’s operating room nurses will host an open house tour of the operating room suite Nov. 13 to recognize Perioperative Clinical Nurse Week, which is Nov. 8 through Nov. 14.

All NNMC staff members are invited to the open house, scheduled from noon until 2 p.m. in the operating room located on the 3rd floor of Building 9. The open house will be an opportunity to learn about operating room equipment and instruments as well as a chance to showcase NNMC’s perioperative nurses.

Home buying workshop scheduled

NNMC’s Navy Housing Referral Office will host a free home buying workshop Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The workshop, to be held in MPT&E room 3209 in Building 4, will include several topics including affordability, when to buy, where to look and financing options.
