August – anti-terrorism awareness month

The month of August is devoted to anti-terrorism training and education. To help us all focus on how we can better protect ourselves, our work places and our communities, the Army has launched the iWATCH program.

This is security brought to the individual level: iWatch (my community, my home, my workplace); iReport (the unusual or ‘‘out of place” things observed); and iKeep us Safe.

An observation or a single report – when you See Something that’s not right – can lead to actions that STOP a terrorist attack – after you Say Something.

Be aware of your surroundings. Take action to report suspicious behavior or activities to law enforcement personnel for further investigation.

For JBM-HH, call (703) 588-2800 or (703) 696-3525 or your local law enforcement agency. Watch for more on iWatch and see www.us.army.mil⁄suite⁄page⁄605757.
