The 11th Wing will hold a 90th Anniversary of Bolling Tattoo Ceremony on the U.S. Air Force Ceremonial Lawn at 7 p.m. The ceremony is open to everyone who lives or works on Bolling, and anyone who has access to the base.

A Movie Under the Stars will be shown from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m. at the Slip Inn parking lot. Open to everyone; bring lawn chairs. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Movie is rated PG.

The Youth Center is taking a trip to Six Flags from 2 to 7 p.m. Youth younger than fifth grade must be accompanied by an adult. Discount tickets are available for $26 through ODR and Pentagon Services. Register by July 19.

The Library Summer Reading program is taking a field trip to the National Aquarium in Washington, D.C., at 11 a.m. Cost is $1.25 for ages 5-10, $2.50 for ages 11-18, and $5 for adults, and includes admission and class ‘‘Secrets of the Sharks.”

Story Time at the Library is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. No Story Time will be held on July 29 due to the Summer Reading field trip. The topic for July 31 is Birds of a Feather. Call 202-767-5578 for more information on the Library.

First Friday 5K Run⁄Walk will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Aerobic Center. Military members, dependents, retirees and DoD civilians are invited to participate. T-shirts will be given to the first 100 runners to cross the finish line.

An Anger Management Seminar is open to men and women and teens who need help in managing anger in family or work environments. Learn the “Five Steps toward Anger Management“ and how to use appropriate assertiveness and improve overall communication skills in dealing with anger. FASES (Family Advocacy Safety Education Seminar) is a voluntary four-hour secondary prevention program to ensure that current patterns of parenting, relational or stress do not rise to the level of abuse or neglect. Active duty personnel who would like to participate in the program should inform their command or contact Family Advocacy at 202-404-3622. Seminars are held monthly on the first Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Building 1300 (Base Clinic), Suite 259, second floor. This is a USAF sponsored Readiness Program.

The Senior NCO Recognition Ceremony will be held at the Bolling Club. Social hour begins 6 p.m., and dinner begins at 7 p.m. Dress requirement for the evening is mess dress or semi-formal, with equivalent for civilians.
