ITT Sells Riverdance Tickets

MWR Annapolis Information, Tickets and Travel Outlet sells tickets for ''Riverdance'' at the Filene Center at WolfTrap (Vienna, Va.) on May 31 at 2 p.m.; Seating is rear orchestra center, row AA 101-110 and row BB 101-110. Cost is $51.50 per ticket. For more information, contact the ITT Outlet at the MWR Recreational Services Bldg. #89, NSA Annapolis or call 410-293-9200.

Fun Food Factory Tour

The Fun Food Factory Tour, June 7, gives you the opportunity to visit the food factories in Lancaster, Pa., and see how pretzels, potato chips, chocolate and Mexican food are made. Lunch will be held at the Mexican Food Factory. $55 per person includes lunch and transportation. Trip departs the MWR Recreational Services Bldg. #89. Retired Activities Office

Every Wednesday, from 9 – 11 a.m., the Retired Activities Office assists all retired military and their family members in such areas as Survivor Benefits Plan, retired rights and benefits, widow’s outreach and assistance.

Hearts Apart Deployment Discussion Group

Is your loved one deployed? A Deployment Discussion Group will be held at the Fleet & Family Support Center May 20 from 6:15 – 7:30p.m. Child care, when requested, will be provided. Registration is required.

Transition Assistance Program

A four-day career and job search workshop for separating and retiring service members seeking civilian employment will be held May 13 -16 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Topics include: skills assessment, resume writing, job search methods, interview techniques, as well as a review of Veteran entitlement and much more. Register now if you are within one year of separation or two years of retirement. You must see your Command Career Counselor and obtain a signed DD 2648 from your command prior to coming to TAP. Failure to do so may result in you being turned away from TAP.
