‘‘As the Naval Academy Brigade Supply Officer, Midn. Charlie Breaux acts as a direct liaison between the Midshipmen and Brigade Food Services,” said Bishop. ‘‘He has been the voice of all Midshipmen relaying their input and concerns directly to the management of Midshipman Food Services Division (MFSD).”

According to Bishop, Breaux has made great strides in maintaining the high quality of food for the Midshipmen by creating an online feedback system for the Midshipmen to submit comments and ratings of meals.

As the Brigade Supply Officer, Breaux is not only the liaison between the Midshipmen and MFSD, but also Naval Academy Business Services and the Commandant’s Admin Chief.

A quantitative economics major, Breaux says his time spent as the Brigade Supply Officer has been invaluable in his development as a leader.

‘‘As the Brigade Supply Officer, I work with many outstanding officers, senior enlisted and civilians who are extremely competent at their jobs and willing to work with me on quality of life and administrative issues for the [benefit] of the Brigade,” said Breaux.

Breaux has service selected Marine Corps, and has made an impact on the Brigade and his superiors alike.

‘‘Midn. Breaux is a true leader as evidenced by his genuine concern for the Academy and voice of Midshipmen,” said Bishop.
