Using state of the art technology, receive a complete personalized fitness assessment. Trained personnel will provide a complete fitness assessment. Karate Class
New Isshinryu Karate Session begins in April. Classes are designed for beginners through advanced and are held at the Community House on Mondays and Thursdays. Disney’s Princess and Pirates Breakfast

Little Patriots Playgroup
Every Thursday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Children of all ages are encouraged to participate. We have different activities every week. After playgroup pick up free baked goods provided by Food Lion and St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church.

Free Birthday Bike Giveaway
Each month we will have a drawing for a free bike. Parents may register for their children, in their birthday month at the Indian Head USO. The drawing is limited to children 10 and under. Winners will be selected the last Thursday of the month, you must register before then but you do not have to be present to win.
USO Yard Sale
The USO will be having two yard sales this summer – June 3 and Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Anyone on base may buy or sell items. Please RSVP for a free space to sell your treasures! We are looking for a DJ and a few volunteers to help. MWR will provide a grill. Active-duty military will receive a free lunch while supplies last.
