Bowl for Kids Sake
The Pax River Bowling Center will host a Team ‘‘Bowl for Kids Sake” March 29, 1 p.m. - midnight, to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maryland. This is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ signature fundraising event, in which teams raise money by collecting pledges, either online or on pledge sheets. The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association’s Southern Maryland Chapter will award three $1,500 scholarships to high school seniors who are interested in furthering their education in the fields of math, science and technology.
