The NAS Patuxent River College Fair will be April 1, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the atrium of the Rear Adm. William A. Moffett Building (2272). Bowl for Kids Sake

The Pax River Bowling Center will host a Team ‘‘Bowl for Kids Sake” March 29, 1 p.m. - midnight, to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Maryland. This is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ signature fundraising event, in which teams raise money by collecting pledges, either online or on pledge sheets. AFCEA scholarships

The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association’s Southern Maryland Chapter will award three $1,500 scholarships to high school seniors who are interested in furthering their education in the fields of math, science and technology. Navy-Marine Corps Golf

The Navy⁄Marine Corps Relief Golf Open will be April 25 at the Cedar Point Golf Course. The shotgun start is at 9 a.m., with another possible at 1:30 p.m. The format is four person scrambles, and the entry fee is $60 per foursome member. Green fees and cart are included. Semper Fi golf

The Claude D. Alexander Memorial Gold Tournament will be held May 15 at the Cedar Point Golf Course. Registration is 8 a.m., with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The $100 entry fee covers continental breakfast, green and cart fees, snacks at the turn and lunch. Proceeds benefit the Semper Fi Injured Marine Fund.
