Class Descriptions:

Ball Sculpting: Using a Fitness Ball you will stabilize muscles in conjunction with using weights to strengthen other muscles with conditioning.

Turbo Kick: Using kickboxing techniques, including punches, defensive drills and combinations. This will work your upper and lower body muscle conditioning.

Cardio Express: This class combines basic step movements into choreographed patterns. Low-impact, High intensity cardio workout.

Spin Cycle: An indoor group cycling class designed for all fitness levels. Great Cardio workout!

Zumba: Core body movement thru alternative dance. Lots of high energy and FUN!
