Potomac CFC is now accepting applications

Would you like to see your favorite charity listed as an agency in the CFC this year? The Potomac CFC is now accepting applications for local human service charities to be involved in the 2008-2009 CFC.

Applications are due on April 4. Approved charities will be eligible to receive designations from federal employees located in the counties of King George, Essex, King and Queen, Lancaster, Northumberland, Richmond, Westmoreland, Caroline, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Fauquier, Culpeper, Orange, Rappahannock, Madison, the City of Fredericksburg and the Marine Corps Base Quantico. Park University is offering a scholarship for spouses and dependents of active duty military assigned, attached or residing in the vicinity of Metropolitan District of Washington area.

The Exceptional Family Member Program has implemented a respite care program, which will allow 40 monthly hours of care for enrolled family members.
