It is my great pleasure to thank you for being a part of the Joint Base Andrews community. While America's flying arm has maintained a presence in Prince George's County since May 1943, the Air Force could not have endured that test of time without the support of you, our neighbors. The families of Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers and Marines work beside each of you. Every person in uniform on this installation, as well as every civil servant who looks just like you, is grateful for your kindness and consideration in bringing them into your community as friends and neighbors.

Joint Base Andrews is proud to execute our many missions in Prince George's County. From transporting our nation's senior leaders on diplomatic mission to defending the skies above our nation's capital, we take pride in serving with precision and excellence.
