Lodging: I am inquiring on behalf of My Scout Troop to ask whether Andrews AFB still allows Scout Troops to use the Barracks on the Base. I understand in the past this was so but, I would like to know if it still is allowed and if so what Channels or contacts do I use to make arrangements.
