Heart Healthy Fitness Day is today from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the gymnasium in Building 17. The event will include fitness classes that are healthy for your heart. Classes start every half hour and include spinning (11 a.m.), body attack (11:30 a.m.), kangoo (noon), cardio dance (12:30 p.m.) and body flow (1 p.m.) Equipment is limited, so classes are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
