Upper Marlboro Branch Library hosts weekly story time

Josie Fiorie, Upper Marlboro Branch Library manager, uses a felt board along with action rhymes to teach children how to dress for inclement weather conditions during a weekly story time session at the library Oct. 23. Fiore also read four different books and discussed them with the children.
