Washington Redskins players Joshua Morgan and Brandon Banks spoke to about 700 students at Hollywood Elementary School in College Park on Oct. 16 on the importance of eating healthy and staying active.

The Redskins Foundation and United Way of the National Capital Area co-hosted “Hometown Huddle,” an annual health and fitness clinic, where students took part in exercise activities and lectures about healthy foods and getting good grades.

Thirty students, who were selected for having good grades and attendance, went outside and played with the Redskins players.

The annual event is a partnership between United Way and NFL Play 60, a national health and fitness campaign for youth, that brings health awareness and fitness programs to area schools.
