The USA Warriors Ice Hockey team will be playing a charity game against The Lawmakers Sept. 12 at 6:45 p.m. The game will take place at Kettler Capitals Iceplex in Arlington, Va. All proceeds will benefit the USA Warriors Ice Hockey Program. The USA Warriors Ice Hockey Program has been organized, in conjunction with the USA Disabled Hockey Program, to promote the participation in ice hockey as a way to assist in the mental and physical rehabilitation of servicemembers and veterans who were injured or disabled in the defense of our nation. The Lawmakers Hockey Club is comprised of Members of Congress and their staff. The event will feature a sled hockey exhibition game with both current and alumni USA Warriors sled hockey players.
