In an effort to keep you informed of military discipline and administrative matters that have occurred in Naval District Washington, the Waterline will periodically publish Court-Martial and Administrative Separation results.

Court Martial

U.S. v. HM3, USN, In a General Court-Martial, HM3 was charged with violating Article 120 (sexual assault). The HM3 was acquitted of the charge and all specifications.

Administrative Processing

A Lieutenant Commander was taken to a Board of Inquiry after having a substantiated Inspector General investigation for fraternization with an E-3. The Board voted to retain the officer in the Navy.
