Honor graduate Cpl. James R. White, Headquarters and Services Battalion, receives a certificate and an engraved plaque award by the Board of Governors of the Marine Corps Association, May 11 during the H&S Bn. Corporals Course graduation. White received the highest physical fitness test score of 295 out of 300, along with high marks on testing and training during the 8-week training program. Eleven Marines graduated the Corporals Course.
