During an Andrews Navy Reserve weekend, Navy Vice Adm. Dirk Debbink, Chief of Navy Reserve, visits Naval Air Facility Washington and Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Washington here and speaks to newly-reported selected reservists and NOSC staff. Debbink’s visit included also included a tour of various NAF-W facilities and offices.
