Warriors of the Week
This week's Warriors of the Week are Albert Parkes, Liberty Park at Andrews facility manager, and Denise K. Bowers, Liberty Park at Andrews community manager. The Liberty Park at Andrews Team is being represented by Parkes and Bowers in the response, coordination and support their establishment gave to the Airmen, Marines, Sailors and Soldiers displaced by the base housing fire that took place on March 29. The rapid response of the Liberty Park at Andrews team to the lodging needs of those rendered homeless by the fire provided a seamless transition to new homes for the families.
