6Th MLMC Executive Officer is honored for service
Lt. Col. Kevin Cooper, Executive Officer, 6Th Medical Logistics Management Center, Fort Detrick, Md., received the Meritorious Service Medal for his contributions as a member of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. The award was presented to Cooper by Maj. Gen. James K. Gilman, USAMRMC commanding general. In attendance were Cooper's wife, Paula, and his eldest son, David. Col. Michael Talley, 6th MLMC commander, praised Cooper for his support and dedication during his two decades of service to the U.S.. Army. Cooper will assume command of the U.S. Army Medical Materiel Center, Korea, at Camp Carroll, South Korea, this June.
