Japanese Prime Minister visits U.S., touches down at Andrews

Japan's Prime Minister, Yoshihiko Noda, is greeted by Col. Greg Urtso, 11th Wing/Joint Base Andrews vice commander, April 29 after arriving on the Joint Base Andrews flightline. Yoshihko visted the U.S. for a joint press conference at the White House.
