The Joint Base Andrews West Fitness center held a free self-defense class on April 13. Senior Master Sgt. Clayton Klaver, 11th Security Forces superintendent of operations, and seasoned Mixed Martial Art Instructor Jim Thrift taught the class in conjunction with Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
