Presenter - Dr. Jack Kramer. Distinguished Professor, Department of Political Science and International Affairs

Visiting Professor of Strategy and Policy at the United States Naval War College, a Research Fellow, Russian Research Center, Harvard University, a Senior Fellow, National Defense University, and a Fulbright-Hayes Fellow in Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia. He received his Ph.D in Political Science and Soviet Area Studies from the University of Virginia where he was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow, a DuPont Fellow, and a University Fellow.

There is no charge for this event, continental breakfast will be served and registration is limited to 180 people.
