90 years of music
The U.S. Army Band, "Pershing's Own," celebrated its 90th Anniversary March 11 with a concert at the Music Center at Strathmore in Bethesda, Md. Hosted by Gen. Lloyd J. Austin, III, vice chief of staff of the Army, the concert featured performances by all nine elements of the Army Band, and was attended by well over 1,600 enthusiastic concert-goers and supporters of the Army.
