Gen. Robert W. Cone, commanding general United States Army Training and Doctrine Command, speaks about issues affecting the Army as the keynote speaker during the West Point Society of the District of Columbia Winter Luncheon at the Officers Club on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Jan. 18. Cone is a 1979 graduate of the United States Military Academy.
